Sessions

Your session will be shot on the location of your choice. Location photography allows you to choose the style you want for your portrait. This can be an outdoor setting or at your own home. My studio is wherever you want it to be! Please consider the theme or feel you wish to achieve while making your decision for this location. If you need assistance feel free to ask as I may have several suggestions. Our garden is available for outdoor portraits from around May 1st until mid-November, as this is a tropical theme. We will make every effort to accommodate your request for certain sets in the garden. Please bring as many changes in outfits and props to your session to assist with your theme or feel. My goal with every session is to display its own unique qualities by taking 100’s of shots to insure that I capture the subject at his/her best. Your photos will be given many hours of computerized editing by myself and digital photo labs that are used by many other professional photographers. I want to display the photos of each session to the best possible quality while retaining the lowest possible price per print to enable my customer to have as many prints as they wish.

Session Times:

The best time of day for your portraits is late afternoon when the sun is not as harsh. I prefer to schedule sessions during the last two or so hours of the day. Although, we will consider your schedule totally concerning the time of day.

Clothing Tips:

Clothing is important, but as a reminder the clothing should not be the attention of your portrait. Solid colors and simple patterns are best. To achieve casual look khaki and denim works great and will be in fashion for years to come. For the classic feel, keep blouses and suits in similar shades of color. We will be happy to suggest further clothing tips prior to portrait sessions.

On line viewing:

Your private gallery will house your photos and will have your own password for you to enter and make your selections. We encourage you to share your gallery with your family and friends for selections. It is best to place one order for all prints at one time. Proofs will be posted for 2 weeks for your convenience.
